Oral Science Launches X-PUR CariØ 25% Xylitol Toothpaste at JDIQ 2018
During the latest Journées Dentaires in Montreal, we presented for the 1sttime X-PUR CariØ, a 25% Xylitol toothpaste with a formulation scientifically proven to reduce cariogenic bacteria and lesions. It’s creator, Dr. Jacques Véronneau, presented directly his findings to more than 1,000 dental professionals and students.
Following 12 years of research and many studies on patients highly infected by cariogenic bacteria, Dr. Véronneau was able to conclude that comparatively to a sodium fluoride toothpaste, the use of X-PUR CariØ can result in 60% less non-cavitated lesions, 80% less cavitated lesions and 40% more remineralized lesions.
We were also proud to offer a donation to the Centre Hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal (CHUM) Foundation for each attendee of our booth who signed our banner in honor of somebody suffering from an oral health disease caused by a medical condition.
