Do you really know the Swiss Curaprox toothbrushes ?

Hi !

My name is Nagia Tamkin. I am a registered dental hygienist and a new team member at customer service for Oral Science. Today, I would like to share with you my passion for the Curaprox toothbrushes!

These famous Swiss-made toothbrushes are made with ultra-soft polyester bristles. While being more firm than nylon, this material, when wet, does not bend and maintains its firmness, enhancing the efficacy and longevity of the bristles compared to a regular toothbrush. What is really interesting, is that these toothbrushes contain an impressive number of filaments. Presently, a regular toothbrush contains approximately between 500 and 800 filaments per brush head. The Curaprox Toothbrushes have roughly 5 460 bristles for the adult toothbrushes, and 7,600 bristles for the children toothbrushes! The more bristles there are, the more it is easy to eliminate dental plaque. Isn’t it fabulous?

As a dental hygienist, you have probably seen many patients suffering from gingival recession and tooth damage. This is caused by a combination of toothbrushes with insufficent, hard bristles and a bad habit of brushing too hard, thinking this is necessary to clean correctly. Additionally, with these toothbrushes, it is hard to clean the tooth neck without causing any damage to the gums.

With the Curaprox toothbrushes, we don’t have this worry, because the high quantity of ultra-soft bristles allow the patients to let the brush itself remove dental plaque deeply in the gingival sulcus without hurting the gums. Also, these brushes are all colored and their joyful appearance makes them stand out!

Amongst the Curaprox line, we can find the 5460 toothbrush for adults. Like its name, it contains 5,460 bristles along with an extremely fine diameter of 0.1 mm. It’s bristles are placed really close to each other, which make brushing really effective to remove dental plaque.

Another brush that we love is the SMART with its 7,460 bristles. It is made for children 5 years of age and older as well as adults that have a smaller mouth. Even with its small head, it contains 2,140 more bristles than the 5,460. Imagine the efficacy!

To finish, we should not forget our little ones ! This is why we have the CuraKid with its 4,260 bristles, which is still an impressive amount for a child and toddler toothbrush. We all know toddlers can be impatient, so this is why the CuraKid can make the parents’ life easier by cleaning teeth more effectively and quicker because of its high amount of bristles. It is also made of a colored rubber handle that sticks to counters, which is practical and even amusing for these little ones !

If you wish to try these toothbrushes, it would be our pleasure to meet you at your office. Our team of dental professionals are ready to schedule an in-office presentation with your group ! You simply have to fill out the form at this address : https://www.oralscience.ca/en/presentations/

See you soon !

Most of the people all over the world use a manual toothbrush to brush their teeth. Manual toothbrushes are the ones where we ourselves have to manually move them in all the directions.https://greenwoodsdental.com/

This is exactly what I have been looking for! It’s a fact that using an electric toothbrush can help with preventing tooth decay and gum disease.

Hi,

I am a prosthontist and my office in Toronto. One of my patients mention about Curapox. Would you be able to send me a sample and price list so I can try it in person and order for my office? TIA

Hi. I received my first curaprox brush at a recent dental hygiene convention. Would you be able to send me a price list to present to my colleague that orders for our office?
